We’re Back - Our New Protocol
We’re back!
We’re delighted to announce that we will be reopening on Wednesday 17 June. We’re beyond excited to welcome all you lovely brides to be!
We’ve been busy during lockdown and we have so much to show you, including our new Bridesmaid and Sample Sale Studio, new designs and designers, and of course lots of gorgeous gowns!
If you would like to come and see us, please send us a message via social media or book online here.
Like all businesses, we have been closely reviewing the guidelines in order to create a safe and comfortable environment for all our clients. In order to achieve this we have set out our new protocol below.
A sanitation station will be provided at our entrance and guests will be asked to use this before entering.
We will be deep cleaning every morning and surface cleaning with 75% alcohol between guests.
Any dresses that have been tried on by previous brides before you, will be steam cleaned on a very high heat before going back onto the studio floor.
Unfortunately we are obliged to limit numbers to our lovely bride and two special guests. We are happy for you to Zoom or facetime those who may be missing out. We would also respectively ask you to ensure that you are well before appointments.
Your two guests will be asked to stay seated during appointments and brides will be asked to move only between the changing room and the mirror area.
We will keep our distance from you as much as possible and where not possible (ie. fittings and try-ons), we will wear a facial shield and gloves.
Due to the length of time that the above procedures will take, we will only be able to take a limited number of brides in any one day. We have therefore currently established a waiting list in order to facilitate as many people as possible.
We currently do not charge for appointments, so if you are unable to keep your appointment, we would respectfully ask you to let us know in plenty of time so we can facilitate another bride who has had to wait.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding. Stay safe and we will see you all very soon! Love Catherine x
